2. The painting is packed and handed over to our logistics partners (1-2 days).

What should I do if the products I ordered are damaged?
If the products are defective, please contact the Yemma team.

Is it possible to make changes after the order has been placed?
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the specifications of your product due to our automated production processes.
What happens if part of my order is missing?
Please note that products requiring different packaging are sent separately, so your order may arrive in multiple packages (up to 3 packages). In the unlikely event that all your packages are delivered but part of your order is missing.
What should I do if the delivered item does not match my order?
If your product does not match the order, please take photos of the delivered product (including packaging) showing the delivered item and send them to the YEMMA team at the following address: Yemma@tableauxoriental.com
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, as all our products are customised, no refunds are possible in the event of cancellation. Our products are made to your unique specifications and cannot be sold to anyone else. Even if the service contract is terminated before production is complete, we are entitled to request the agreed payment from you. Please also note that due to our automated production processes, it is rarely possible to change an order once it has been placed.
